"Barbara Nelson was very helpful in assisting us in renewing our auto insurance that had expired on 10//22/26. My husband received a text stating that SF had not received payment. We did not receive any mail from SF notifying that our policy was due for renewal. She took care of our payment. Also provided us contact info for rebate website as we had not yet received our rebate. She further explained that our file was marked that we wanted all correspondence via email which was incorrect so she changed it back to postal mail. She went out of her way to help us. She notified the Shallotte office that we would be coming up there to pick up our paperwork as we did not have a working printer. She went out of her way to help us."

They could not help me, so called underwriters who said state farm should be providing this for me. So called again this morning and Mary answered and provided exactly what the 2 previous staff said couldn't be done.
